Uwe is a founding member and managing partner of CCT Germany GmbH. He advises numerous well-known companies in the field of strategy and technology for customer interaction management. Uwe has more than 20 years of experience in contact center and telephony technologies, including management positions at companies such as Avaya and Cisco. He is a graduate engineer (FH) of communication engineering and studied in Wiesbaden.

Duke Bond has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on telecommunications and contact center technologies. His experience includes roles in product development, integration testing, system planning, product management, marketing, pre-sales engineering, and account management at companies such as ConvergeOne, CDW, Cisco Systems, GeoTel, MCI Telecommunications, and IBM. At CCT, he is responsible for building the CCT US & Canada business and building a strong set of partners.

Uwe Seiler has more than 20 years of experience in building and running communications solutions for large enterprises, with a particular focus in the areas of voice communication and contact centers. He is leading CCT to build and operate integrated communication solutions based on Avaya Aura, Avaya IP Office, MS Lync and other vendors within CCT. He is a long term experts in CCT Solutions and is the head of CCT`s System-Implementaion & Support team.

Stefan Schneider

Stefan Schneider, is an early member of CCT, he is leading the product management of CCT Software and CCT Software implementation services for large complex contact center software integrations. Stefan has long term experience in customer interaction management solutions with companies such as Avaya, CafeX and CCT`s Software.

Stefan Kovacs has more than 17 years of experience in the communications and information technology industry, with a particular focus in the areas of omnichannel call centers, workforce optimization and consulting around customer experience management.
His experience with sales and management responsibilities include many leading technology companies such as Aspect, Avaya, Tieto (Consulting & IT and Product Engineering Services), Verint & NICE. He was most recently Regional Director Sales and Business Development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Teleopti.
